Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the GVL Labs website and its services (the "Service") operated by GVL Labs ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us by signing in with Google, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GVL Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
Use of Google Drive Data
Our Service requires permission to access your Google Drive on a per-file basis. All our tools use the /auth/drive.file scope, which means the application can only access the specific files you explicitly choose to open with it. The application does not have permission to see, browse, or access any other files in your Google Drive.
You grant us permission to access your selected files for the sole purpose of providing our services. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service Provision
The Service provides an analysis based on artificial intelligence models. The output, including financial recommendations and lists of capital providers, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service and neither adopt nor endorse, nor are we responsible for, the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made.
- AI Analysis: Financial analysis performed by Capital Advisor for QuickBooks uses a private, isolated Google Cloud Vertex AI model. User data submitted for analysis is isolated from public model training sets.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GVL Labs and its licensors.
Trademark Attributions
Google, Gemini, Firebase, and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. This application is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google LLC.
Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks and service marks of Intuit Inc., registered in the United States and other countries. GVL Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GVL Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GVL Labs is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
