Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information We Collect

When you use our tools, you grant us access to information from your Google account. We may collect the following:

  • Google User Information: We collect your basic profile information from Google, such as your name and email address, to personalize your experience and communicate with you.
  • Google Drive Files: Our applications request per-file access permission via the /auth/drive.file scope. This scope grants access only to the specific files that you explicitly select and open with our application. We do not have access to any other files in your Google Drive.

How We Use Your Information

The primary purpose of accessing your Google Drive is to provide you with our services. Specifically, we use the information to:

  • Analyze Financial Documents: We pass the content of the documents you select to a large language model (LLM) to perform financial analysis and generate reports.
  • Build Your Loan Application: We use the documents you select to assemble and create a data-driven loan application. The final output is then made available for you to save.
  • Improve Our Services: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the quality and accuracy of our AI models and services. We will never use your specific file content for this purpose without your explicit consent.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With AI Service Providers: We securely transmit the content of the documents you select to Google's Gemini large language models.

    For the Capital Advisor for QuickBooks: We use a private, enterprise-grade Vertex AI instance. Your data is contractually guaranteed not to be used for model training.

    For the Capital Advisor for Google Drive, Business Valuation, and Lending Readiness applications: We use the standard public model. Data processed by this specific tool is subject to Google’s standard data usage policies, which may include use for product improvements.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Data Security and Retention

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

  • Your Google Drive files are accessed based on the principle of least privilege, using per-file permissions.
  • We do not store the content of your files on our servers after an operation is complete.
  • The generated reports and application data are displayed to you for download and are not stored long-term on our systems.

Secure AI Architecture for Capital Advisor for QuickBooks

Unlike standard AI applications that rely on public APIs, we process your QuickBooks data in a strictly isolated environment. We utilize a private instance of Google Cloud Vertex AI enclosed within a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) Service Control perimeter. This ensures that your QuickBooks data is contractually guaranteed NOT to be used to train public AI models and is processed inside a secure perimeter that blocks unauthorized access from the public internet.

Your Choices

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time by visiting the Google security settings page. If you revoke access, we will no longer be able to provide you with our services that require this access.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
